[02.06.2014 00:00:00] - This year's Chess Train is ready for you to sign up. Special website was released yesterday altogether with an application form.
On train, during it's ride, we will play a 12-rounds rapid tournament. The capacity of the tournament hall in saloon cars of Czech Railways is restricted (max. 100 persons can play the tournament), so don't hesitate with your applications. You can bring your non-playing partners or friends to the tournament, because afternoons and evenings can be spent with them in beautiful stage cities.
We leave the 10th of October in the morning from Prague and we will arrive to Vienna in the early afternoon. On Saturday the 11th of October we will continue to Budapest and following days to Trencin, Krakow and on Tuesday the 14th of October back to Prague. In every stage city the booked hotels are of three levels of quality, luxury and price (3, 4 or 5 stars).
You can follow the actualities about the Chess Train on it's Facebook profile, just like the Facebook Chess Train page and you won't miss a thing from te combination of the play of the kings and the railroad.
Chess Train is held for the fourth time by the Prague Chess Society in cooperation with the Czech Railways, who are it's general partner.
