Chess Train 2019
(October 2019, Prague – Karlovy Vary – Český Krumlov – Brno – Trenčín - Prague)
The Chess Train 2019 will travel on the route Prague – Karlovy Vary – Český Krumlov – Brno – Trenčín - Prague from 11th to 15th of October.
An 11-round rapid chess tournament will be held on board of the train during the journey among the cities.
If you would like to join in this unique event, don’t hesitate to register (at prazska.sachova@gmail.com). The number of seats on the train is limited, unlike the number of applicants from all over the world.
The seat on board of the Chess Train is EUR 199, the seat for accompanying passengers is EUR 149. Accommodation can be booked through the organiser in the selected 3*, 4* or 5* hotels or by individual booking, or you can arrange it by yourself.
Chess festival 2019
The Czech best chess player David Navara vs. the world player no. 3 Ding Liren and the best Czech junior player Thai Dai Van Nguyen vs. the world chess legend Jan Timman.
The Chess Festival 2019 held in the splendid premises of the Art Nouveau Municipal House in Prague on 16 - 19 June 2019 will offer ten-game rapid chess matches and a rich accompanying programme.
